The views and opinions of tutors expressed on the website do not necessarily state or reflect those held by www.MyGuitarLessons.co.uk.

All advertisers and tutors agree to only supply information that is true and correct and will themselves accept liability for any claims should they supply false information which leads to a dispute.

The website provides the facility to register in order to create your page. If you choose to register, it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password. On no account should you disclose your password to anyone else. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for any loss or damage we may incur resulting from breach of this clause.

www.MyGuitarLessons.co.uk can not guarantee that all information supplied on the website is correct and can accept no responsibility for any false information displayed. All visitors, users and advertisers agree to indemnify www.MyGuitarLessons.co.uk from any claim, loss or charge suffered by false content supplied by our tutors, including all external links to websites that you may visit.

www.MyGuitarLessons.co.uk can not accept any liability for the re–direction of any external links placed on the website.

All payments are handled by either PayPal or Barclaycard so we do not hold any data on our systems about your finances.

All PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy.

We use a cloud capture system for keeping our client and prospect data on which is hosted and protected by Google. Our website captures details from our clients when they sign up which is stored on 3rd party servers, although some basic contact details are emailed to us so we can make contact with you as soon as you have joined us.

Should you need to cancel your agreement with us you must give ‘My Guitar Lessons’ at least 3 Months written notice. Payments must still be made during and up to the end of your cancellation period. We will then have access rights to change your web profile.  Any outstanding charges will be paid with an additional 20% levy plus recovery costs and all enquiries will be sent to the nearest paid tutor.

If you wish to make amendments to your selected teaching options of your existing package after joining ‘My Guitar Lessons’, we require that you have been a member of ‘My Guitar Lessons’ for a minimum of 3 months before these changes can be implemented. You will need to contact us to discuss the changes you want made and provide us with your credit or debit card details in order to change your subscription plan.

To maintain the high level of service provided by us, we kindly ask all users to inform us straight away if you encounter a dead link or a link which leads you to a website address which is not relevant to the service advertised.

If you suspect any information on www.MyGuitarLessons.co.uk to be false please inform us immediately.

The website will be free to view by you, but will only be published when you have supplied us with the relevant application forms for your service and your joining fee has been paid.

We provide a top quality service for guitar teachers, however no guarantee is given that you will receive any students from our service.

You agree to receive emails from us on regular periods, which you can opt out of at any time.

We may withdraw or suspend your right to access or use the website at any time, without prior notice and without providing any reason.
